"For the past decade, I have had the privilege of coming to RVP to study voice and piano. Over that time I could have never imagined the depth that which I have grown as a musician and a person. Rose and Greg are two of the nicest people you will come across, and the stress free environment they and the staff of RVP provides their students is the ideal place to explore any type of music, instrument, just anything really. At the same time RVP indirectly gets across the point that hard work is vital in order to be involved in music or any aspect of life. The staff is comprised of teachers with real world musical experience, not just people with degrees. The studio also gets kids excited to give back to the community with Band Together For Kids which is an all day concert event benefiting the Ct Children's hospital. Personally I think if you or any one of your kids are looking to become involved in music or just the arts in general, it's places like RVP where you should be. For going on 19 years, RVP Studios has been such an amazing supporter of Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, the only facility in the state dedicated exclusively to the care of children. With more than $60,000 donated to the programs and services Connecticut Children’s offers throughout the state, the Annual Band Together for Kids Concert is a spectacular showcase of your children’s talents that also instills in them the spirit of giving back to a place that provides services to children no matter their family’s ability to pay. Every dollar raised goes directly to the Area of Greatest Need - which played a role in helping us facilitate a record breaking year in 2013 with more than 321,000 patient care visits. Thank you so much to the students, families and staff of RVP Studios for everything that you do for Connecticut Children’s – RVP Studios will always hold a special place in our hearts.
